What data we process

If you write to us through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number if you choose to give it, the subject and your message, plus the date and the page you wrote from.

If you only browse: the website uses no analytics or advertising tools and builds no profiles. The hosting server logs technical data for each visit, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks.

03

Why, and on what legal basis

Purpose

Replying to your message and sending you a confirmation

Legal basis
Your consent, by ticking the box on the form (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)

Purpose

Keeping the website secure and available

Legal basis
Legitimate interest in protecting the website (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)

We make no automated decisions and do not use your data to send you advertising.

04

How long we keep it

Form messages are not stored on the website: they reach the organisers by email. They are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and, after that, only for the statutory periods during which liability could arise.

Technical server logs are deleted automatically after a short time.

05

Who else has access

We do not share your data with anyone unless required by law. The following providers help run the website and process data only on our behalf:

  • Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting, delivery and security of the website.
  • Resend: sending the form emails.
  • The organisers' email providers, where messages are received.

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

06

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, or have it transferred to another controller (portability). You can also withdraw your consent, without affecting processing carried out before.

To do so, write to us through the contact form choosing “Other”, or by post to the address above, marked “Data protection”. If your identity is unclear, we will ask you to confirm it. We will reply within one month.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es.

07

Minors

If you are under 14, please do not send us your data without permission from a parent or guardian.

08

Security

The whole website runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The form is protected against automated submissions and only accepts the fields it needs.

09

Changes to this policy

If the way we handle data changes, we will update this page and its date.
